Two NEW DVD Sets Capture 2009 "Chi Development" Seminar in St. Petersburg
Experience the depth of Master Liao's advanced training with two new DVD sets recorded live at last December's "Chi Development" seminar. "How to Move Energy" includes four DVDs which explore energy power forms like Single Whip, Brush Knee, and Roll Back.
"How to Restore Your Life Energy" includes an enlightening talk by Master on how ancient Taoists used Chi to restore and preserve their health and vitality, along with a DVD of specific meditation practices to restore your Chi. Both sets are digital-quality, widescreen productions.

Part Two of Interview Series with Master Liao is Now Available on DVD and CD
Our newest series: "How to Connect Chi and Tao," is too good to end at Part One. We're continuing to record more interviews between
a noted theoretical astrophysicist and Master Liao. These DVDs and CDs give students around the world the chance to sit across the desk from Master Liao and be part of a one-on-one conversation asking probing questions on life, death, the human condition and our place in the universe. In the old temple, this type of conversation was part of the "mouth to ear" tradition that gave Tao disciples of old the critical understanding behind Tao wisdom.

The latest addition, Part Two, includes a bonus DVD of a recently rescued class lecture on the "Real Goal of Taichi." Watch this bonus DVD and let Master Liao show you how your Taichi practice is nothing short of the path back to the original energy of the universe.

The article cited research showing Taichi not only improved muscle strength, flexibility and balance, but also showed potential to help those with arthritis, breast cancer, Parkinson's disease, sleep difficulties, hypertension, heart problems, as well as those seeking to maintain bone density or recover from the damage of stroke.
