Expanding Your Energy Field into Meditation Posture

After a brief flow session, learn from Master how to expand Taichi Ball into Charging Meditation Form, dropping down into Drain Meditation Form. Then class resumes flow through several single forms, and concludes with instruction on the Bow form.

Expanding and Contracting

Master uses Preparation form to teach looking inside and outside, as well as giving detailed instruction on expansion and contraction. Afterwards, Master reviews the six components of Upward-Downward and Inward-Outward. This class also contains instruction on transitioning to Raised Hands Stance and changing sides in Raised Hands Stance.

Opening & Closing

Master uses the form Inward-Outward to teach how to open and close from various points of the body, as well as how to create a Taichi Ball from the Dan Tian. The class enjoys a demonstration of Master charging up student’s Taichi Ball, as well as instruction on a form to brush-off and clean energy.

Moving Through Single Forms with Chi

Absolutely packed with instruction on Chi principles and how to feel and move the energy in many single forms, including: Upward-Downward, Inward – Outward, Raised Hands Stance, timing your movement with your breath, Taichi Stance, introduction to the concept of large / medium / small frame, Taichi Ball, Twist Taichi Ball and more.
